YOUNG LEARNERS COURSES

1. Intensive and General English COURSE

California KL Language Center strives to not only accommodate students of all levels, but also students of all ages. Our Young Learners Course is aimed to help students from the ages of 8 to 13 years old improve their English language skills. The course is conducted in a fun environment with a great selection of games, songs, crafts and many other super exciting activities.

Course Details:

• Five native speaking teachers with experience in teaching children and young learners
• Small class size 8- 12 students
• Full course is 6 levels
• Each level is 4 weeks (112 hours)
• American curriculum (BACKPACK)

Course Outcomes:

• Learning English in an enjoyable and safe environment
• Teaching kids to interact with people from different countries
• Combining kids’ mental and physical abilities
• Fun activities to stimulate language learning

2. Non-Intensive English Course:

 California KL Language Center insures to accommodate all students. Our Non-Intensive Young Learners Course is aimed to help students currently enrolled in school. The course is conducted in a fun environment with a great selection of games, songs, crafts and many other super exciting activities.

Course Details:

• Native speaking teachers with experience in teaching children and young learners
• Small class size 8- 12 students
• Full course is 6 levels
• 6 hours per week (3 days)- 24 hours per month
• American curriculum (BACKPACK)

Course Outcomes:

• Learning English in an enjoyable and safe environment
• Teaching kids to interact with people from different countries
• Combining kids’ mental and physical abilities
• Fun activities to stimulate language learning

3. Kids Phonics Course

Phonics course incorporates good practice from the ‘Letters and Sounds’ to create a multi-sensory learning experience. A range of fun and multi-sensory activities are included to help the kids remember the sounds and to combine them together to make simple words and to build sentences in a more interesting and fun way.

Course details:

• 1 hour per session, 3 sessions per week-12 hours per month
• Small class
• Professional English native speaking teachers with passion and patience
• Oxford Curriculum (Oxford Phonics World)
